Advantages Of Running In The Morning How Come A Lot Of People Jog In The Morning Instead Of In The Evening?

How come a lot of people jog in the morning instead of in the evening? - advantages of running in the morning

Is it an advantage to do so in the AM instead of PM?

Personally, I find that my energy level is much lower in the morning (even after adequate night's sleep) than at night () even after a hard day of work.

For the energy level, which means I'm not just sleeping, but my muscles are stiff, I have less patience and can not go so far ...

Supposedly there is an advantage in the morning to work, because it will burn more fat because you havent eaten yet.
I Ilke, I woke up slowly and when I try to run the morning is a very unfortunate experience, I get tired quickly and I feel like if I do not need to launch it into the evening. I think, largely a matter of personal taste.
too many people who do not have the time, if you only consider when they have, and falls into my schedule in the afternoon run better --

I think both are equal. It's just that some people prefer to work at night and some during the night. I like the night work in the gym, because it is less crowded and I have to wait for a treadmill. =)

Morning run or not some form of cardiovascular exercise because you burn more calories on an empty stomach and I hope when I speak, I do, if not with him first thing done in the morning ....

It's the same reason, the morning shower only. Who wakes you up, that actually helps people with low energy level in the morning. Some people find that prevented sports in the night, they sleep at night, they do not.

It's like sunshine9 said. If you do not eat, your body stores carbohydrates (the body primary source of energy) low. So, if you start some heart, should be used to fuel the body fat reserves.

If you burn more fat, then you can cardio first thing in the morning, if possible.

I am a runner, and I agree with that what everyone said. I like running in the morning to wake me, is much more pleasant to get out of bed, and it is cooler in summer and spring. It is also quieter and a little more comfortable for me.

It is a sign of good for the body, I feel more alert when I wake up in the morning and jogging. I think some people like to run in the morning to him from the road. I like running in the morning because I wake up and help me prepare for the day. =)

The air is fresh, no pollution in the air.
With Reagrds energy levels, feel more energy when you have a little exercise (even as simple as push-ups 3) after waking in the morning and feel less tired after.

Although some say that the CO2 level in the morning is much greater than the night, so it is likely to be well executed in the night.

I am not a runner, but I am a wanderer. Something good out of bed when it's quiet. It is going well my day. I have more energy in the morning. I like to walk at night, when it is in order.
