I own a house in Colorado, which is currently rented out. I live full time in Kansas. I have my tax return and my federal tax returns for the State of Kansas. I Deal with a tax return for Colorado?

According to the Colorado Department of Revenue:
You must file a tax return if Colorado were in the course of the year:
A full years of residence in Colorado, or
Part year resident of Colorado with taxable income of the year in which a resident or
A resident of Colorado with Colorado income;
And
You must file a federal tax return or
You have a tax on income from Colorado for the year.
